Reservation Policy: A valid credit card guarantee is required to confirm a reservation. Your card will be charged for one nights lodging after submitting your reservation. Multiple night reservations will remit remaining balance upon check-in. All reservations are charged a 7% State Accommodations Tax and $1 per night local tax.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy:Check-in is 3 PM. Early check-in may be available, please call ahead to ask. Check-out is 11 AM.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour minimum from the date of arrival. If you cancel after 24 hours then your deposit is forfeited. Any reservation booked and paid for online will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
No Show Policy: No show will be charged 100% of the amount of a 1 night stay.
Pet Policy: We allow dogs only and charge $10 per dog per day. Is your pooch your best friend? If so do not leave him or her in the room unattended in what may be a new and unique location. We will remind you of this and other pet policies upon check-in.
No Smoking: Western Heritage Inn is a non-smoking facility and is prohibited inside our building. Smoking in any of our rooms or common areas will result in a $200 per night cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed in designated outside areas of Western Heritage Inn property.
Western Heritage Inn takes every precaution to protect our customer's information. When customers submit sensitive information via Western Heritage Inn website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at westenheritageinn.com we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using Western Heritage Inns secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
